FixCell Gadget Repair Shop - APM Centrale
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on smartphones
- Replace damaged screens, batteries, and other components
- Troubleshoot network, charging, and performance issues
- Install and update software, including operating systems and apps
- Maintain records of repairs and customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Training or certification in mobile phone repair (optional but beneficial)
- Knowledge of smartphone hardware, software, and troubleshooting
- Experience with tools for disassembly and repair
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
