Roving Sr. Operations Supervisor

- Oversee and supervise daily operations across assigned company sites.
- Ensure operational goals, productivity targets, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Monitor site performance and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and support supervisors and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and operational audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with department heads and clients to address operational concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Prepare operational reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources.
- Enforce workplace safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
- Relevant experience in operations management or a supervisory role is required.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
