Job Expectations: Position Type: Experienced - Senior/Lead Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Direct Hire) Work Setup & Location: Onsite - Alabang, Muntinlupa Work Schedule: Weekdays; Day Shift (AU) Industry: Digital IT Solutions & Consulting About the Job: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented EMS & OHSMS Lead Auditor to join our client's team and lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of internal audit programs across ISO management systems, with a primary focus on Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (OHSMS). In this role, you will help ensure compliance with ISO standards while strengthening governance, risk management, and internal control processes. Leveraging your expertise in risk-based auditing, process improvement, and regulatory compliance, you will contribute to operational excellence and promote a culture of quality, environmental stewardship, workplace safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and execute the internal audit program covering applicable ISO standards, with particular emphasis on ISO 14001 (EMS) and ISO 45001 (OHSMS). Plan and conduct process-based audits across EMS, OHSMS, QMS, BCMS, AI Governance, ISMS, and Cloud Security Management Systems, as applicable. Lead audit activities, including audit planning, stakeholder interviews, process walkthroughs, and evidence gathering. Collect, review, and validate audit evidence, including policies, procedures, records, logs, reports, and test results, to assess compliance and effectiveness. Identify nonconformities, observations, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and document findings in clear and comprehensive audit reports. Monitor and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure timely remediation and effective closure of audit findings. Support management review activities by providing audit insights, trend analyses, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Maintain objectivity, impartiality, and confidentiality throughout all audit engagements. Stay current with evolving ISO standards, regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and emerging risks. Conduct follow-up audits and verification activities to validate the effectiveness of corrective actions and the resolution of nonconformities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Environmental Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in internal auditing for ISO management systems. Strong experience in auditing ISO 14001 (EMS) and ISO 45001 (OHSMS) is highly preferred. Lead Auditor certifications for EMS and OHSMS are required. Experience auditing other ISO standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, BCMS, and related frameworks, is an advantage. Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
