JOB DESCRIPTION

Handle customer inquiries via chat and/or email May transition to voice support depending on operational needs Follow response guides, tools, and workflows Maintain quality, accuracy, and proper documentation While the role starts as non-voice, flexibility for voice support is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Senior High School (SHS) Graduate or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)

NO BPO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Basic English communication skills Voice-ready and flexible to handle calls if needed Willing to work onsite in Cebu Open to shifting schedules Applicants from other industries are welcome!
