Picker for ORCA Taguig

Core Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately select and pick frozen meat products (beef, pork, poultry) from warehouse racks according to specific customer or distribution orders.
- Inventory Management: Utilize handheld RF scanners or voice-pick technology to track batches, verify lot numbers, and ensure stock rotation using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method.
- Cold Chain Compliance: Minimize the time meat spends outside of freezers to prevent thawing; ensure boxes are sealed and immediately staged in refrigerated loading zones.
- Quality Control: Inspect packaging for tears, frost buildup, or signs of thawing, and reject any compromised products.
- Cold Chain Experience is highly preferable.
