Order to Cash Specialist - Contracts & Pricing

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced  OTC Specialist  to support critical master data, pricing, and contract management activities within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process.

The ideal candidate has  hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience , particularly in  Material Master and Master Data Management , along with experience supporting pricing structures, customer contracts, Salesforce CPQ, and SAP data migration or mass upload activities.

This role requires a highly analytical professional who can maintain data integrity, support pricing and contract administration, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate execution of commercial agreements and master data processes.

Responsibilities

SAP Master Data Management

• Create, maintain, and update Material Master records within SAP S/4HANA.
• Maintain Customer, Pricing, and Contract Master Data.
• Configure and maintain alternative Units of Measure (UOM), material numbers, and master data attributes.
• Perform master data validation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Execute mass uploads and updates using SAP migration tools, templates, or approved upload utilities.
• Support SAP S/4HANA migration, data conversion, and data cleansing activities.

Pricing Management

• Maintain pricing structures, pricing conditions, price books, and rate tables within SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce CPQ.
• Configure pricing conditions based on approved commercial agreements.
• Analyze pricing data to ensure consistency, compliance, and accuracy.
• Support implementation of pricing updates, discounts, and customer-specific pricing arrangements.
• Utilize SAP pricing transactions such as  VK12, VA43, VA03, ZCAUR , or equivalent pricing tools.

Contract Management

• Review, interpret, validate, and maintain customer contracts and commercial agreements.
• Ensure contract terms are accurately translated into operational processes and enterprise systems.
• Support contract amendments, renewals, pricing changes, and customer updates.
• Ensure contract and pricing data remain synchronized across SAP and Salesforce.

Salesforce CPQ & CRM Administration

• Maintain pricing, contract, and customer information within Salesforce CPQ.
• Support quote validation, pricing approvals, contract amendments, and order processing.
• Ensure data consistency between Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA.
• Support CPQ configuration updates related to pricing and commercial agreements.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze pricing, contract, material master, and OTC-related data using Microsoft Excel.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions including:
• VLOOKUP
• XLOOKUP
• PivotTables
• Macros
• Build reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Identify data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Drive automation and process standardization opportunities.

Process Ownership

• Own assigned master data, pricing, and contract processes from initiation through completion.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Proactively identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data governance standards.

Qualifications

Mandatory

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on SAP experience, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience creating and maintaining Material Master and/or Master Data within SAP.
• Experience performing mass uploads, data migration, or master data conversion activities in SAP.
• Experience supporting pricing structures, pricing conditions, price books, rate tables, or pricing master data.
• Experience reviewing, maintaining, or supporting customer contracts and commercial agreements.
• Experience using Salesforce, preferably Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Macros.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• SAP SD functional experience.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration experience.
• Experience with SAP transactions such as:
• VK12

• ZCAUR
• Experience with LSMW, Migration Cockpit, or other SAP data migration tools.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ administration.
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
• Experience working within global shared services or multinational environments.
