REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree graduate in any course.
• Having experience in supporting senior executives or founders.
• Having experience in cross-border or multinational environments.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

• Oversee executive calendars, coordinating meetings and travel plans to optimize time and productivity.
• Arrange and facilitate senior-level meetings, board sessions, and cross-department updates.
• Develop meeting agendas, document minutes, and monitor follow-up actions.
• Monitor project progress, including timelines, key milestones, and deliverables across various initiatives.
• Perform research tasks and compile concise briefing materials and reports.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal project teams and external stakeholders.
