- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance guest experience.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation.
- Monitor guest needs, refill drinks, and address any special requests.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately, maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
Requirements
- WILLING TO ASSIGNED ANY ASSIGNMENT AREA
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Entry-level (Fresh graduates welcomed).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, customer-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tables effectively and remain professional under pressure.
