Description - Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
- Take orders accurately and manage the delivery of food and beverages to tables.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order modifications and special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Assist with the training of new staff members, ensuring adherence to service standards.
Requirements
WAITER/WAITRESS
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
