Provides customer support for household and consumer care products by assisting with product inquiries, order processing, returns and exchanges, billing concerns, and issue resolution. Delivers accurate product information, addresses customer concerns promptly, coordinates with internal teams to ensure timely service, and maintains a high standard of customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and service quality standards.
Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
-1-2 year of BPO Experience
-Voice Account

-We need someone who is proactive, with common sense, and understands level of urgency.
They will undergo cultural training to be fully prepped for the actual call.
