Job Overview As an AI Training Specialist fluent in Japanese, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our AI models through precise data annotation and labeling. Your expertise will help us improve the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content across various projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data is utilized for machine learning applications. Key Responsibilities
- Train and enhance AI models by performing detailed data annotation and labeling.
- Review and validate AI-generated content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Provide domain expertise in STEM to improve AI model performance.
- Work on diverse AI training projects across different fields, ensuring high-quality data standards.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to refine AI training processes.
- Fluency in Japanese (both written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
- Proven experience in data annotation or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with machine learning concepts and practices.
- Familiarity with AI training tools and software.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
