People Experience Lead - Biopharma Division, Philippines

Pfizer seeks a People Experience Lead for its Philippines Commercial Division to serve as strategic HR partner to leadership. The role manages complex employee relations, labor relations with unionized workforce, talent strategy, and governance across the colleague lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Partner with commercial and enabling-function leaders to align people strategies with business priorities
- Lead complex employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and separations with fair governance
- Manage labor relations activities, union engagement, grievance resolution, and collective agreement interpretation
- Identify and escalate people-related, legal, compliance, and reputational risks with appropriate controls
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development initiatives
Requirements
- Senior HRBP or People Experience Leader experience supporting business leadership teams
- Deep expertise in employee relations, investigations, disciplinary processes, and case governance
- Experience managing unionized workforce and high-risk labor matters
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor and employment law
- Proven talent management, performance management, succession planning, and change management capability
- Ability to influence without authority, build credibility, and maintain objectivity under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for sensitive documentation
