Position Overview

The RCM Operations Supervisor will lead, coach and supervise a team of Revenue Cycle Management professionals in a high-volume BPO environment. The role will be responsible for daily operations, team performance, quality, productivity, SLA and TAT adherence, and compliance with HIPAA and client requirements.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of BPO experience with hands-on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience
• Prior supervisory experience as a Team Leader, Operations Supervisor or SME in a BPO environment
• Strong working knowledge of end-to-end RCM processes
• Experience in Billing, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Claims Submission and Denials/Appeals
• Strong understanding of BPO metrics including Productivity, QA, SLA and TAT
• Experience in coaching, performance management and corrective action planning
• Knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy and client security requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Willingness to work onsite at TP Alphaland, Makati
• Willingness to work shifting/night schedules

Key Responsibilities

Operational Team Leadership

• Supervise daily floor operations and conduct team huddles
• Manage workflow distribution across RCM workstreams such as billing, collections, claims, denials and accounts receivable
• Monitor attendance, schedule adherence and queue performance
• Provide floor support for operational escalations and complex processing issues

Performance & Quality Management

• Monitor Productivity, UPH, QA scores, SLA compliance and TAT
• Analyze performance reports, quality scores and error trends
• Work with QA and Training teams to identify root causes and performance gaps
• Implement corrective action plans and coaching strategies
• Track team performance and drive continuous improvement

Coaching & Development

• Conduct regular 1-on-1 coaching and performance discussions
• Provide feedback and support employee development
• Support newly onboarded RCM specialists during nesting and transition to production
• Partner with Training to identify recurring training needs
• Support operational refreshers on RCM guidelines and client-specific processes

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, data privacy policies and client security protocols
• Maintain accurate coaching, attendance and performance-management documentation
• Support client audits, quality calibrations and compliance reviews
• Ensure team adherence to established processes and operational controls
