JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Mandarin and conversational-proficient in English
- Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
- Open to no related experience.
- Having customer service experience is an advantage.
- Having BPO experience is a big plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone regarding transportation, logistics, shipping, and delivery services.
- Provide assistance with package tracking, shipment progress, delivery status, and other shipping-related concerns.
- Process requests for refunds, returns, and order issues in compliance with company policies and established procedures.
- Assist customers with placing orders, making changes, canceling orders, and providing delivery updates to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Work closely with internal teams and logistics personnel to resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and case resolutions while consistently delivering high-quality customer service.
