RTR Analyst (ERP Tester) - Project-based 6 months

The RTR Analyst is responsible for overseeing end-to-end General Accounting processes, including subledger management, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, journal entries, and variance analysis. Ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial statements (Balance Sheet and P&L) across multiple entities of Citadel Pacific Ltd. Delivers timely, compliant record-to-report services aligned with IFRS standards, while driving efficiency and effectiveness in reporting processes. Leads the design, execution, and continuous improvement of Record to Report strategies and performance outcomes for the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible in handling end-to-end General Accounting, subledger, bank/balance sheet reconciliation, fixed assets, journal entries and variance analysis.
• Ensure the integrity of Balance Sheet and P&L for multiple organizational entities of Citadel Pacific Ltd.
• Provide timely, accurate and compliant record to report services including statutory reporting in accordance with local IFRS principles.
• Manage execution of responsible Record to Report process areas and ensure the process operates efficiently and effectively.
• Responsible for the design, development and delivery of the Record to Report strategy and process performance outcomes for the CPL organization.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management or any related course. CPA is a plus
• At least 3 years + experience in Finance and Accounting
• Experience in Shared Service set-up or Outsourcing is preferred
• Good communication skills
• Strong MS Excel and analytic skills
• Knowledge of accounting software (ERP)
• Excellent understanding of the business, ideally with an in-depth knowledge of customer service operation / commercial / sales support / billing and Record to Report processes
• Highest level of detail, process and compliance orientation
