Technical Sales Specialist

What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and challenges
- Provide expert technical and product knowledge to guide clients in selecting the optimal solutions
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to identify new business opportunities
- Contribute to the overall sales strategy and help drive the company's growth
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in a technical sales or engineering sales role, preferably within the Sales industry
- Minimum 1-2 years of technical sales experience specifically within the construction industry
- Strong technical expertise and understanding of Sales Representatives/Consultants products and services
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with construction materials and related products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions to client challenges
- Proven experience in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations
- Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline, Architecture, Technical Sales, or a closely related technical field.
