We are looking for friendly, professional Call Center Agents to join our team. You'll be the voice of our company, helping customers with questions, product info, and any issues that come up.
Your responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls with a friendly, professional attitude
Give clear and simple product explanations
Solve problems quickly and with care
Assist customers with account or plan changes
Document each call accurately
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
