Spanish-Speaking Accounts Receivable

About the Role

We are seeking a Spanish-Speaking Customer Experience Representative to support one of our Australian clients. This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity for a bilingual professional who is fluent in Spanish and English and enjoys working directly with customers and stakeholders.

In this role, you will act as a key contact for Spanish-speaking clients, supporting customer enquiries, invoice-related requests, account administration activities, and general customer support. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience and timely resolution of enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers and stakeholders via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer enquiries and service requests.
• Support invoice-related enquiries and account administration activities.
• Assist customers with account information, documentation, and follow-up requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account-related activities.
• Escalate issues as required to ensure prompt resolution.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and support.
• Meet quality, productivity, and service-level expectations.
• Perform other administrative and customer support tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with Spanish-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• 0-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Experience, Administration, Accounts Receivable Support, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional and positive approach.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Invoice Administration, Billing Support, or Account Coordination.
• Experience supporting international customers or stakeholders.
• Experience in a BPO, Shared Services, Customer Support, or Administrative Support environment.
• Experience using CRM, customer management, or ticketing systems.
• Exposure to finance, logistics, mining, or professional services industries.
