Company Nursing Aid

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and physically fit Company Nurse Aide to provide basic first aid, health assistance, and employee support within the workplace. The successful candidate should be able to respond promptly to medical concerns, assist employees who require immediate care, and help maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Key Responsibilities Provide basic first aid and immediate assistance to employees experiencing minor injuries or health concerns. Assess and monitor employees' basic health conditions and determine when further medical attention is needed. Assist in emergency response and coordinate with medical professionals or emergency services when necessary. Maintain accurate records of first-aid cases, incidents, and health-related concerns. Ensure that the first-aid area, supplies, and equipment are clean, organized, and adequately stocked. Assist employees with basic care and support as needed. Promote workplace health, safety, and proper first-aid practices. Perform other related duties assigned by management. Qualifications Preferably 25–35 years old. With First Aid Certification and/or completion of a recognized Nurse Aide/Caregiver training program or equivalent. Physically fit and capable of responding to workplace emergencies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, reliable, and responsible. Willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Able to work effectively with employees and management. Complete mandatory employment requirements.
