ROPA Associate

Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree holder. 3–5 years of working experience in ROPA, Collections, and Recovery of accounts. Exposure to Japanese company operations is an advantage. Willing to attend face-to-face interviews. Technical know-how of systems/software applications. Job Responsibilities Manage pre‑booking processes for ROPA accounts, including preparation of pricing memos, supplier billings, repossession documents, and AMLC compliance reporting. Monitor, inventory, and maintain repossessed vehicles; establish weekly price lists; coordinate with external parking agencies for appraisals and vehicle viewings. Build and maintain relationships with buyers and sales partners; prepare sale approval memos; oversee auction tabulations for ROPA vehicles. Ensure systematic filing of records, monitor covered and suspicious transaction reports, and uphold productivity and service quality standards. Actively participate in ROPA and collection meetings, support task orientations, and perform additional duties aligned with organizational goals.
