We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team in Cebu, Central Visayas. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of up to 25,000 PHP per month. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our company, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and are looking to build a rewarding career in a supportive, fast-paced environment. No mock call requirement – we welcome applications from all candidates eager to make a real impact.Key responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system
Follow company scripts and protocols whilst maintaining a natural, friendly communication style
Meet or exceed performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and quality standards
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality
Handle multiple customer requests simultaneously whilst maintaining professionalism
Provide feedback to management regarding common customer concerns or service improvements
What we're looking for
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and listen actively to customer needs
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
Patience, empathy, and emotional intelligence when dealing with customer interactions
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre environment
Proficiency in using computer systems and call centre software (training will be provided)
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and commitment to attendance
Ability to work flexible schedules, including shifts and potential weekend availability
High school diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred)
Previous customer service or call centre experience (preferred but not essential)
