Position available: SITE ENGINEER (CIVIL ENGINEER)
Salary Range 25k-35k [with Allowance Negotiable]
Work location -Manila and Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, Rizal, Bulacan
Work Schedule - Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm with Overtime pay
Job Requirements
- PRC Licensed Civil Engineer
- 3-5 yrs residential or fit-out experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- AutoCAD Knowledge
- Can Drive, hardworking, organized, independent
Responsibilities
- Supervise residential & fit-out construction
- Monitor progress & non-schedule completion
- Coordinate with clients, reps & trades
- Prepare cost estimates & material requisitions\
- Submit daily/weekly reports & side docs
- Enforce safety & housekeeping standards
