Fresh Graduate Civil Engineer – Technical Support (Projects)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing structural plans, drawings, and project documentation.
- Provide technical support to project engineers and site supervisors.
- Help coordinate civil/structural works with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Conduct site measurements, inspections, and assist in project monitoring.
- Support in preparing progress reports, material take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Participate in project meetings and prepare technical notes or minutes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, specifications, and engineering codes.
- Assist in quality control and documentation of on-site works.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge and project management skills under supervision.
- Must be a Fresh Graduate of BS Civil Engineering (board exam not required but an advantage).
- Preferably residing in Sta. Rosa, Laguna or nearby cities for accessibility.
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other engineering software (basic acceptable).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Can work well in a team environment and under supervision.
- Flexible and willing to assist in both office-based and site-related tasks.
