The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, providing exceptional voice and non-voice support. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve account issues, process requests, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email. Provide accurate solutions for account management, billing, and general support. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database system. Escalate complex technical or administrative issues to higher-tier support teams as needed. Adhere to company call flows, quality guidelines, and customer privacy standards. Minimum Qualifications Education: Open to Senior High School Graduates, College Undergraduates, and College Graduates. Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates and Entry-Level applicants (No BPO experience required; paid training is provided). Skills: Good English verbal and written communication skills with basic computer navigation abilities. Requirements: Willing to work on-site in Clark, Pampanga on shifting or night schedules.
