About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, highly adaptable Marketing Manager to lead, define, and execute our comprehensive brand and growth strategies across multi-channel environments. In this high-impact position, you will serve as the primary marketing lead—representing the function across internal and cross-functional meetings, steering integrated content initiatives, and driving non-digital, high-yield growth strategies.

As a hands-on functional manager, you will oversee digital ecosystem performance (SEO/GEO, web audits), scale B2B/influencer partnerships, and champion innovative acquisition initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment

• Cross-Functional Representation: Serve as the primary marketing lead in management and cross-departmental alignment meetings.
• Operational Enablement: Translate high-level business objectives into clear, actionable marketing support plans for partner departments following strategic discussions.
• Growth Expansion Initiatives: Formulate, present, and execute non-traditional growth frameworks to scale New Client (NC) acquisition and expand loan portfolio performance beyond standard digital and email channels.

Brand, Content & Social Media Ownership

• Content Strategy: Author and execute holistic, goal-aligned monthly content strategies that advance brand authority and key business objectives.
• Campaign & Content Architecture: Provide end-to-end creative direction, campaign development, and high-impact messaging across social media channels, email marketing, and digital touchpoints.
• Market & Trend Intelligence: Analyze emerging industry trends, consumer behaviors, and market developments to continuously refine content positioning and campaign effectiveness.

Digital Strategy & Marketing Analytics

• SEO & GEO Optimization: Lead the development, oversight, and continuous optimization of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to maximize search visibility and organic capture.
• Performance Audits & Governance: Conduct comprehensive, periodic audits of digital assets, web properties, and collateral; present strategic findings and performance optimizations directly to senior management.

Strategic Partnerships & B2B Growth

• Partnership Acquisition: Identify, negotiate, and establish high-value B2B partnerships, media channels, and influencer collaborations.
• Briefing & Brand Integrity: Author comprehensive strategic briefs for external partners and creative talent, ensuring complete alignment with brand guidelines and corporate identity.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of progressive marketing experience, with demonstrated capability in strategy development, digital ecosystem management, and partnership acquisition.
• Domain Expertise: Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, campaign architecture, and emerging SEO/GEO frameworks.
• Leadership Capabilities: Exceptional verbal, written, and executive presentation skills; proven capability to influence and collaborate across departmental boundaries.
• Execution & Ownership: Demonstrated project management excellence, with the discipline to independently manage end-to-end campaigns under strict timelines while upholding high standards of integrity and accountability.
• Analytical Aptitude: A data-driven mindset with hands-on expertise in marketing metrics, web performance auditing, and campaign optimization.
• Operating Model: Ability and willingness to work as a high-autonomy individual contributor/sole manager , taking full ownership from strategy down to tactical delivery.

Compensation & Benefits

• Rice Allowance: PHP 1,500 / month
• Transportation Allowance: PHP 150 / working day
