Digital Sales Representative - Philippines

About the role

CLaaS2SaaS is looking for a Digital Business Developer to drive enrollment growth across our Retail and iBPO (business process outsourcing workforce) learner segments under our Learn2SaaS programme. You'll operate as part sales hunter, part education consultant — proactively finding individual leads, understanding their goals, and guiding them from first conversation to enrolled learner.

This is a hybrid, high-autonomy role built for someone who's comfortable working independently, engaging prospects mostly through evenings and weekends (with weekdays off in return), and using modern AI and automation tools to move faster than a traditional telesales rep.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new individual prospects across Retail and iBPO segments — you're building your own pipeline, not just working assigned leads
  
• Act as an education consultant: understand each prospect's goals and circumstances, and recommend the right Learn2SaaS pathway
  
• Run high-volume outbound engagement across calls, digital channels, and virtual meetings
  
• Guide prospects through the full enrolment journey, from first inquiry to completed application
  
• Deliver consultative sales presentations, both virtually and at select in-person events (retail activations, iBPO site visits, open days)
  
• Consistently hit monthly and quarterly enrollment targets across both segments
  
• Keep meticulous records of prospect interactions and follow-ups in CRM/digital tools
  
• Use AI tools (Claude.ai, Copilot, Gemini, or similar) and automation platforms to speed up lead list building, follow-ups, and reporting — reducing manual admin
  
• Build your own simple Power BI/Excel dashboards to track pipeline health and conversion, without relying on other teams
  
• Represent CLaaS2SaaS at online and offline events, open days, and partner site activations
  
• Continuously improve your conversion rate through data analysis and AI-assisted insight
  

Requirements

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in any field
  
• 2+ years in telesales or digital sales — tech, BPO/iBPO, retail, or education background a plus
  
• Strong track record of hitting outbound sales targets
  
• Excellent written and verbal English (additional local language a plus)
  
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  
• Working comfort with Power BI (or willingness to learn quickly)
  
• Genuine comfort with — or eagerness to adopt — AI tools like Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or DeepSeek for daily work
  
• Exposure to CRM systems and automation platforms (Zapier, Make) is a plus, not required
  
• Strong self-organization — you'll be managing a high volume of leads independently
  
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet space for calls
  
• Willingness to work flexible hours, primarily weekends, with weekdays off in compensation
  
• Willingness to travel for occasional in-person events
