Description - Process and manage insurance claims from customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns related to insurance and claims.
- Review and assess claims for property, casualty, and non-life insurance policies.
- Work closely with account management to maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with insurance claims.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years
- Skills and Competencies: Customer Service, Account Management, Non-Life Insurance, Property and Casualty expertise
- Responsibilities and Duties: Expertise in handling various types of insurance claims including home, auto, and fire insurance
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and excellent communication abilities
- Working Conditions: Office-based with potential for remote work and flexible hours
