Job Description:
1. Preparation of invoices and updating masterfile
2. Updating and Encoding of disbursement receipts
3. Prepare deposit slips and fill up forms
4. Bank errands such as deposit payments, submission and pick up of forms and update of passbooks
5. Paymongo, Credit Card or Maya Payout reconciliation
6. Assist in monthly globe billing summary updating
7. Basic bookkeeping
8. Other financial related tasks
