We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Admin Assistants! Whether you’re looking for a part-time gig or a full-time career, we want you. We provide the training; you provide the hustle. What you’ll be doing:
- Inbox & Email Management: Keeping the digital clutter away.
- Calendar & Scheduling: Organizing meetings like a pro.
- Reporting: Creating simple and accurate reports.
- General Admin: Supporting the team with various daily tasks.
- Willingness to work the Graveyard Shift (following US business hours).
- Tech Ready: A reliable computer/laptop and a stable internet connection.
- Quiet Space: A noise-canceling headset for focused work.
- Intel Core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
- Windows 10 or MAC OS is acceptable
- RAM: At least 8GB RAM with 60GB free hard disk space available
- Headset with a noise-canceling feature
- High Definition Webcam
- Philippine National Police (PNP) Clearance
- National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance
