Job Title: 3D Renderer - Remote
Location : Iligan, Northern Mindanao, Philippines
Job Description : We're seeking a skilled 3D Renderer to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings using Keyshot and Revit software. As a 3D Renderer, you will collaborate with designers, architects, and engineers to bring concepts to life and enhance project presentations with photorealistic imagery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop detailed 3D renderings and visualizations using Keyshot and Revit
- Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements and objectives
- Create and refine 3D models to accurately represent design concepts
- Produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings for project presentations and marketing materials
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of all rendered images
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in 3D rendering
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in 3D rendering and visualization
- Proficiency in Keyshot and Revit software
- Strong understanding of lighting, shading, and texturing techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with other rendering software such as V-Ray or Lumion
- Knowledge of animation and motion graphics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
