WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Documentation: Listen to calls and summarize key notes.
- Scheduling: Organize meetings and manage daily calendars.
- Admin Support: Handle emails, prepare reports, and keep digital files organized.
- Coordination: Help the team stay prepared with meeting agendas and call lists.
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication

- Ability to meet strict deadlines
