Customer Service Representative – Financial Account
Role Description
Join our Financial Account and deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with account inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information while maintaining compliance with company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to financial products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
- At least 12 months of Financial Call Center Experience.
- B2 English proficiency or above.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer navigation and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
