On-Call Event Coordinator
C.O.T.E. Events Management
We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable On-Call Event Coordinators to assist in managing weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and other special occasions. The role involves supporting event operations before and during the event to ensure smooth program flow and excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities
• Assist the team in event setup, coordination, and ingress/egress
• Coordinate with suppliers, venue personnel, clients, and guests
• Help manage timelines and program flow during events
• Ensure all event details are executed properly on-site
• Assist with registration, guest seating, and crowd management when needed
• Handle on-the-spot concerns professionally and efficiently
• Support the lead coordinators and production team throughout the event
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times
