REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses. Open to no related experience. Having customer service experience is an advantage. Having BPO experience is a big plus Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

Communicate with customers through phone calls to address transportation, logistics, and delivery-related inquiries. Assist customers with package tracking, shipment status, and delivery concerns. Process customer requests for refunds, returns, and order-related concerns in accordance with company policies. Support customers with order processing, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely service. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions while delivering excellent customer service.
