Accountant

Position: Accountant Job Summary: The Accountant is responsible for managing the company’s financial records, preparing reports, monitoring transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and government regulations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Process payroll, reimbursements, and company expenses Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial transactions Prepare bank reconciliations and journal entries Ensure timely filing of taxes and government compliance requirements Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external accounting firms Assist management in financial planning and budgeting Maintain confidentiality of financial information Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field CPA license is an advantage but not required Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines Work Setup: Full-time position Office-based / Onsite
