We are looking for E-Commerce Marketing & Affiliate Coordinator who will help grow our affiliate and creator network and support our product marketing campaigns across TikTok Shop and Shopee.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Find, recruit, and build relationships with TikTok and Shopee affiliates, influencers, and content creators.
- Send collaboration invitations and regularly follow up with creators.
- Manage affiliate offers, commission rates, and product sample arrangements.
- Coordinate with creators for product promotions through videos, images, and livestreams.
- Review product listings and promotional content to ensure accuracy and proper product information.
- Track creator responses, collaborations, samples, and overall campaign progress.
- Assist with TikTok Shop and Shopee marketing activities and campaigns.
- Research current social media trends, competitors, and potential creator opportunities.
- Maintain organized records and reports of affiliate and influencer activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in TikTok Shop, Shopee, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or e-commerce is preferred.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, or Creator Marketplace is an advantage.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented, especially in tracking multiple creators and campaigns.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable reaching out to new creators.
- Basic knowledge of social media trends and e-commerce marketing.
- Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
