Description - Lead and oversee the creative direction for various projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and marketers, to deliver high-quality visual content.
- Manage and mentor junior design staff, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to integrate innovative concepts into projects.
- Present creative concepts and rationales to clients, addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills, creativity, and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced, collaborative environment with potential for remote work
