It is a Japanese owned IT/Software Company that specialises in high-performance web-sites, software and mobile applications.
- Answer emails sent by Japanese users or in-house customers
- Understand the Japanese client's concern and answer based on the manual
- Handle all Japanese emails and Chat
- Provide basic troubleshooting
- Guide Japanese customers for tech concerns
- A manual will be used while working, so no experience is required
- Translate documents or manuals from Japanese to English vice versa
- Supports the customers in their technical concerns
Requirements
- Filipino fluent in Japanese 95% and only 5% English
- Can speak, read and write Japanese (High fluency in Japanese)
- Basic English is okay
- Must know how to read emails and answer via chat and email (in Japanese)
- High school graduate/undergraduate of any course
- No JLPT level required as long as fluent in Japanese
- No work experience required, but must be fluent and comfortable in Japanese
- Can write Japanese Language (very polite)
- Has a positive attitude, a sense of teamwork and knows Japanese culture
- With CSR/ TSR / Helpdesk work experience is a big advantage
- Preferably with experience/knowledgeable in computer
- Knows how to send an email and make an email in Japanese
