CCTV Operations Supervisor

Oversees the daily operations of the CCTV team, ensuring all systems are functional and personnel are well-trained and evaluated. Handles investigations, prepares reports, and collaborates with other departments to improve security policies and procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the protection of company assets and safety of personnel. The role involves performing both administrative and technical functions in supervising the CCTV Operations team including but not limited to:
- Supervises the daily shift operations of the CCTV Operations team
- Orients new CCTV Operations Personnel in assigned tasks and evaluates CCTV Operations Personnel's performance
- Prepares the weekly activity reports
- Participates in alignment meetings with other teams in the organization and present progress of CCTV operations projects (if any)
- Makes sure all CCTV equipment are fully operational and functioning based on agreed parameters, coordinating with different departments to ensure parameters are always met
- Conducts investigations on criminal incidents, security breaches and related cases within the company premises and prepares comprehensive reports for management action
- Reviews and refines policies, plans, and programs to continuously improve the company's security management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of working experience in managing security
- Strong organizational skills, information presentation, process preparation and implementation knowledge
- Certified Security Professional certification is preferred but not required
- Adept in security technologies not limited to CCTV systems.
