Sales Coordinator - Cebu

About the Role:
As our Sales Coordinator , you will serve as the engaging frontline voice of our company, fueling business growth by turning inbound inquiries into high-potential opportunities, uncovering dormant accounts, and seamlessly steering clients from their first interaction all the way through onboarding.
What You'll Do:
Manage Inbound Engagement: Handle all incoming inquiries and actively manage inbound responses to ensure prompt and professional client engagement.
Outbound Outreach & Qualification: Reach out to prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs, clarify requirements, and introduce our comprehensive IT solutions.
Support the Customer Journey: Support the complete client process seamlessly from Inbound Response -> Account Profiling -> Onboarding Support .
Sales Documentation Support: Prepare accurate sales documents, professional proposals, contracts, and oversee delivery schedules.
Database & Record Management: Maintain, update, and secure customer databases and comprehensive sales records.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely processing and delivery of products and services to customers.
Customer Care & Engagement: Handle incoming customer inquiries, provide prompt assistance, and follow up to gather feedback and ensure high satisfaction.
General Administration: Handle general office duties, including answering phones, digital and physical filing, and organizing critical documents.
Who We're Looking For:
Education: Graduate of a Bachelor’s/College Degree in IT/Business-related course from a reputable university.
Experience & Track Record: At least 1–2 years of proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, lead generation, sales support role or customer-facing roles within the tech or B2B sector. (Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and a strong drive for sales are also highly encouraged to apply!)
Communication Powerhouse: Exceptional communication skills, with a confident, persuasive, and engaging phone manner.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and basic knowledge of ICT or IT infrastructure products is an advantage.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, and solid numerical skills when reviewing pricing, preparing quotations, and performing computations.
Work Setup: Willing to work on-site in Cebu, Lexmark Plaza.
