IT Operations Support Specialist (With Dynatrace experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Dynatrace platform, including monitoring setup, alerting, dashboards, management zones, tagging strategies, user administration, and integrations.
- Design and implement monitoring solutions for applications, APIs, infrastructure, and business-critical services.
- Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations to improve system reliability and user experience.
- Work closely with development teams to onboard new applications and services into Dynatrace monitoring.
- Investigate production issues using Dynatrace, application logs, and system metrics to support incident resolution.
- Lead and support Incident Management and Problem Management activities, including root cause analysis and preventive action planning.
- Support application deployments and validate monitoring coverage following releases and system changes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations, Application Support, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Monitoring, or related roles.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Dynatrace administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of application performance monitoring (APM), observability, and monitoring best practices.
- Experience working with development teams and modern application architectures.
- Background in software development, application engineering, or technical support is highly preferred.
- Experience with incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis.
- Working knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration troubleshooting.
- Experience analyzing application and system logs.
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation, troubleshooting, and investigation.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management principles.
- Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or high-volume transaction environments is an advantage.
- Develop operational dashboards, reports, and service health metrics for technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely resolution of production issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance observability, monitoring standards, and operational processes.
- Perform SQL-based investigations and data validation to support troubleshooting and operational analysis.
