The role includes transaction categorization, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and payroll processing using QuickBooks Desktop, ADP, or Gusto. The position requires preparing U.S. business tax returns (Forms 1065, 1120-S, 1120) and assisting with U.S. individual returns, with tax mapping and client signature workflows via SmartVault or equivalent tools.
