HR Specialist/Assistant

Recruitment

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Administer pre-employment requirements.
  • Prepare job offers and facilitate the onboarding process.

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and compliance forms.
  • Support the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate training schedules and employee development initiatives.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 13 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools; familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • On-site work location. Monday - Friday.
