Planning Engineer
HDEC Dongah Joint Venture
Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, including negotiations and performance monitoring
- Prepare bidding documents and conduct bid evaluation to select suppliers and subcontractors
- Source and pre-qualify potential suppliers and subcontractors according to project requirements and each activity scope
- Analyze and compare prices, quotations, and commercial conditions using Microsoft Excel
- Receive task instructions and work direction directly from a Korean Project Manager
- Coordinate with construction, planning, and cost control teams to support project progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement and/or subcontract management for infrastructure or building projects
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., cost comparison, quotation analysis, data organization)
