Senior Construction Project Manager (Cebu)

As a Senior Construction Manager/Project Manager you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction operations at the project site. Your role involves ensuring that project timelines, budget adherence, and quality standards are met while managing contractors and working with various stakeholders to drive successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction operations on-site to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Direct and conduct regular site inspections to determine compliance with approved plans, specifications, project schedule, cost and established quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address design changes, resolve conflicts, and ensure project objectives are met.
• Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and facilitate smooth project execution.
• Proactively identify potential issues and implement preemptive or corrective measures as needed.
• Undertake miscellaneous tasks as required by the project, demonstrating adaptability and readiness to accommodate evolving project needs.

Requiremen ts:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Senior Construction Manager or similar role in horizontal development projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
• .Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, make decisions, and drive result.
