Role : Accounting Manager Work Arrangement : Work from Home Location : Any CS Site - Ortigas / Makati / Cebu / Davao / Bacolod / Angeles / Mabalacat Schedule : Night Shift Job Description
- Mentor and guide a talented corporate accounting team daily.
- Master cash flow oversight for all corporate entities.
- Ensure full compliance with lender reports and debt covenants.
- Research and implement leading accounting standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to automate and improve processes.
- Lead key contributions to annual audits and tax preparations.
- Support strategic decisions in company leadership sessions.
- Drive forward new accounting software initiatives.
- Hold a BA in Business or equivalent practical experience.
- Possess 3-4 years of direct accounting work experience.
- Show institutional real estate investment fund accounting expertise.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Exhibit strong leadership and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proven success in process improvement projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- CPA, Real Estate and Yardi experience is a plus
