Position: Mandarin Pharmaceutical Help Desk Company Industry: America’s Leading Brand for Trusted Medicine and Medical Devices Work Location: BGC, Taguig City Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000 (High Base Salary + Language Allowances) Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-Up (Once a week, onsite)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who can speak conversational Mandarin. Basic to Conversational in the English Language. Highly preferred Fresh Graduates, and No Experience is Required Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in any Life Science or Healthcare-related Course (i.e. Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, etc.) is a big plus. Having a Mandarin Pharmaceutical Help Desk is a big advantage, but no experience is required to apply, as the training is provided for those willing to undergo training.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

Answer basic Calls and Email inquiries from Chinese Medical Professionals. Answer concerns like Usage instructions, Expiration dates, and dosages Guide partners on the proper usage of medicine and devices Provide possible side effects of the medicines Forward issues to higher support if considered escalations Assist Mandarin patients with questions with accurate responses.
