Position: Marketing Manager Company Industry: Distributor Company Work Location: Makati City Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 60,000 Work Set Up: Work onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- With at least 3 years of experience as Marketing Manager.
- Experience working in a distributor company is an advantage.
- Experience in Google Analytics, CRM (Salesforce), digital advertising, leadership, and project management is an advantage.
- Amenable to work as soon as possible.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop multi-channel marketing plans (digital, print, events) that align with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end creation, deployment, and optimization of marketing campaigns.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze ROI, and employ analytics tools to refine targeting and customer journeys.
- Allocate and negotiate marketing budgets across various channels, tools, and platforms.
- Analyze consumer behavior and competitor trends to identify new markets and improve product positioning
