What's The Gig?

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine to support digital marketing initiatives for Ematic’s client in the animal health and nutrition industry. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, primarily focusing on reviewing and validating social media content from a technical and scientific perspective.

The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between Ematic and the client, ensuring that all digital content and marketing initiatives meet technical accuracy, industry standards, and brand guidelines, while supporting timely execution and delivery.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

1. Content Review & Quality Assurance – Perform initial review and validation of social media content created by the agency, with a focus on:

• Technical accuracy (animal science / veterinary-related information)
• Compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Brand alignment and messaging consistency
• Identify and recommend necessary revisions prior to final approval by Ematic's client.
• Ensure that all content is scientifically sound and appropriate for the target audience.

2. Agency Coordination & Liaison

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Ematic and the client for content-related and marketing project discussions.
• Communicate feedback clearly and promptly to the agency to ensure alignment.
• Facilitate smooth coordination on campaigns, deliverables, and revisions.

3. Project Monitoring & Execution

• Track timelines and ensure on-time delivery of social media postings and marketing projects.
• Monitor execution to ensure adherence to agreed requirements, quality standards, and campaign objectives.
• Proactively flag delays, risks, or quality concerns.

4. Marketing Support

• Assist in the execution of broader marketing initiatives handled by Ematic in collaboration with the client.
• Provide inputs on technical content development for campaigns, product promotions, and educational materials.
• Support continuous improvement in content quality and effectiveness.

What we’re looking for

• Preferably a fresh graduate or final year student pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field
• Strong understanding of animal health, nutrition, or veterinary-related concepts
• Excellent attention to detail, especially when reviewing technical or scientific content
• Basic familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Proactive, accountable, and quality-driven mindset
• Must own a personal laptop for work purposes
• Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement, reporting onsite 4 days per week to the client's offices in Makati and/or Bulacan, with 1 day remote work (Mondays and Tuesdays are required onsite)
• Willing to attend onsite events when required to gather firsthand insights and support content development and social media content creation
