Phone Repair Technician

- Repair and replace damaged phone components including screens, batteries, and motherboards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support throughout the repair process.
- Keep accurate records of repairs and inventory of parts.
- Stay updated with the latest phone repair technologies and techniques.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Electronics or a related field.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in phone repair.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in soldering and basic electric circuit troubleshooting.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple repair requests efficiently.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; standing for long periods may be required.
